Creative Darlington supported promotion of the Clore Tees Valley programme through local networks. Darlington Borough Council offered financial support to those who successfully applied to additional Clore Leadership Programmes (the 5 day Emerging Leaders, 2 x 5 day Leadership Pulse) who were either resident in Darlington borough or working for creative enterprises or creative organisations whose registered base was in Darlington, during the Clore Tees Valley programme.
